Use to elongate rail hole in post when required to rack fence rails or section over a slope or grade. Variable leverage handle action. Long aluminum handles. Replaceable cutter jaws. Clean cutting action. Self-aligning to existing post rail hole opening. (Note: Move tool side-to-side for post rail hole openings wider than nibbler.) Nibbles away 1/4"(6.35mm) depth of material per stroke and 2"(50.8mm) cutting width per stroke.
