The router bits we offer are custom engineered to cleanly cut PVC without chipping, and for long-lasting sharpness. They are made of fine grain 100% carbide, for superior strength and edge characteristics. Balanced to high tolerances, they are designed to work at 40,000 rpm, allowing faster feed rates with lower feed pressures. This places less stress on machine bearings while increasing productivity. Single "O" flute design for rapid chip removal.
