Versatile double drive gate latch adjusts 0-4" to match gate spacing. All stainless steel components are lockable. Works well with a drop rod. Fits gate frames 1" x 3 1/4" or larger.

Built for large double drive gates, this latch bar is nearly 2' long, and made of heavy gauge steel. Used with drop rod for security. The latch is lockable. Heavy duty, flush mount, and great for dumpster enclosures.
If used on aluminum, it is recommended that a barrier be put between the latch and the aluminum to prevent dissimilar steel corrosion.

Mild steel handle, all other components stainless steel. May be used horizontally or with handle turned 90 degrees. For single or double gates, in most materials.

Often imitated, this latch is a favorite! Sometimes referred to as a "hatchet latch", it has a spring loaded "clicker" and positive latching design to prevent "bounce outs", for secure latching. Clicker is held on with screws fitted with NYLOK BLUE PATCH. All components are aluminum except for the fasteners. Fits on all posts and gate frames 1 3/4" and larger. Integral gate pull built into bracket at gate side.
